How do I know my Invicta watch is authentic?
Every Invicta watch purchased through our official store comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a unique serial number engraved on the case back. We recommend only purchasing from authorized retailers to ensure you receive a genuine product.
What is covered under the Invicta warranty?
Your timepiece is protected by a comprehensive 3-year limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover normal wear and tear, battery changes, or damage to the crystal and bracelet.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and expedited options. Shipping is free on all orders over $149. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Are Invicta watches water-resistant?
Most Invicta models feature water resistance ranging from 30 meters to 1000 meters for professional diving. Please check the specific ATM rating on your watch's case back and ensure the crown is fully screwed down before any water exposure.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online Returns Portal with your order number.
