We want you to be fully satisfied with your timepiece; therefore, Invicta Watches offers a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that customized or resized watches are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your watch in its original display box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the timepiece upon arrival, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
